Disclosure: I partnered with Kohl’s for this post, however all opinions and photos are my own.
Did any of you watch The OC or The Hills when it was on MTV?? If you did, you know that Lauren Conrad went from being a reality TV sensation to a major fashion mogul. Her designs have graced many a runway and have become a permanent fixture in Kohl’s stores nationwide. My first LC Lauren Conrad purchase was a pair of cognac platform sandals. I still own and wear them three years later! Since then, I have sporadically purchased items, but lately have frequented Kohl’s more often and subsequently become enamored with more and more of her pieces!
I was at Kohl’s last weekend and stumbled upon a new line of denim that may become a go-to for comfy jeans. I hadn’t ever tried on her jeans before, but now I’m sorry I hadn’t given them the attention the deserved. The jeans below are SO comfortable. I’m talking soft (if that is even possible for denim), body-hugging and shape-holding. They’re also a good fit for petite women like me, but will fit taller women in a slightly more “cropped” style as well. The pockets are generous in the back, which actually flatter curvy women with convex bottoms. 😀

There are a few other pieces in her collection that I REALLY, REALLY want, so you may be seeing them on Instagram soon (hashtag oops I did it again). LC also released a “runway collection” – her second ever – so be sure to check that out as well. I haven’t seen any of the pieces in stores yet, but when I do, rest assured you’ll see them either on Instagram or IG stories. Maybe they’ll even make it on the blog!
Ernieways! Let me know if you end up checking out the collection yourself, or if you end up loving and buying any of the pieces. Lots of work/office friendly pieces if you’re in the market for new clothes (I mean, when AREN’T we in the market for new clothes?!).
Until next time! Stay ‘Chic’!
Loving that top! I’m loving the floral goucho pants!

I recently scooped up the lace shirt with the floral tie. It’s definitely going to be one of my key and often worn pieces this season..
