One of the things I love the most about blogging/instagramming/tweeting/pinning is that I get to meet so many new people and end up making TONS of new friends!  The downside to doing so online is that you rarely get to meet them in person. That’s why I’m super excited to be hosting the Spring Soiree event with The Impeccable Pig in Mountain Brook this Thursday from 5-7pm!

I’d love for you to come for some sips and apps, all while shopping with me!  Because you know, I’m super fun to shop with! 😛  Seriously though, there is a bigger cause here.  As noted in the flyer above, the event will help donate proceeds to Mitchell’s Place – an organization dedicated to “provide comprehensive, research-based, educational, social and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in a deeply caring environment.”  Who doesn’t love a good cause AND an affordable shopping experience?!

I realize that it’s hard to get away on a school-night, so I’ll be live tweeting/facebook-ing/instagramming items from the store that you might be interested in.  If anything should strike your fancy, please feel free to let me know or call the store directly to order so that part of that purchase can help raise funds for Mitchell’s Place.  The store address is in the flyer above, and the number to the store is 205-874-7008.  That said, I hope you are able to stop by and keep me company in store that night!
