I was recently asked if I would partner with other moms to showcase some holiday outfit ideas, and so of course I said YES!!

I had to take some photos for other social media posts recently, and loved the outfit I put together for that, so I’m sharing that now with you for this post as well. 🙂

I happened to be at The Summit a few weeks ago and immediately made a bee line for the clearance wall.  To my surprise, they had all sale items marked an additional 40% off!  My eyes were immediately drawn to this skirt.  As a momma, midi skirts work well because they are long-ish and allow me to bed over, squat, jump, you name it, without flashing the world; all while trying to chase after my 3-year old, who is usually chasing after my 7-year old.  Sigh.  If you’re tired after reading THAT sentence, you understand how tired I am after chasing kids around!

I checked just DAYS ago to see if this skirt was on sale and it said it was sold out, so I don’t know what happened between Black Friday and now, but apparently it is magically back in stock.  No complaints here though, as I am able to share it with you and some of you may even decide to purchase it!

I paired it with a shell I bought for $12 from Marshalls, and a $15 cardigan (it was on sale) from Target.  The necklace, omg, is BEEEEAAAAUUUTIFUL!!!  My friend Yasi of Hello Gorgeous blog recently opened up a jewelry boutique and sent me a piece to style with my outfits.  I am in LOVE with it.  Best of all, it’s less than $30!!  The necklace is linked above for those of you interested.  Check out the other necklaces she has in stock in case you are in need of additional baubles for the holidays or to gift to loved ones and friends.
