$80 Hunter Boots

Yup!  You read that correctly!  And, at Costco!!  Now, there are only very limited sizes online and not all stores have them in stock, but if you get lucky, you might just be able to score the color and size you need/want.

I REALLY wanted a pair of red or gray boots, but alas, settled on my third choice, the green Hunters.  Both the regular matte green and the olive green boots have a variety of sizes.  Most colors have size 5 and 10 or above, however.  I actually love the green and think they will actually be a pretty versatile color to style!

Below are pics of me in a pair of raspberry-colored ones I scored for about the same price earlier this year:

The one catch for this sale/purchase is that you have to be a Costco member to buy them, so if you don’t have a membership make sure to reach out to your family and friends.  One of them is bound to be a member and willing to help you get a pair.  Good luck and happy shopping!

Fall Fashion under $40

Disclaimer:  Financial compensation was not received for this post. A sample product was gifted from AMI Clubwear. Opinions expressed here are my own.

There are no hard fast rules for dressing for fall.  I say, wear whatever fits and matches.  I haven’t done a whole lot of shopping lately, but I have managed to find a few pieces that I am in love with for fall.  Here are some of those for you to consider:

Floral Dress, http://chicinacademia.comDress:  H&M, $14.99 // Boots: AMI Clubwear, $21.99 // Belt: Old, Hollister, similar here // Bag: Old, Bass Outlet, similar here

Fringe boots, http://chicinacademia.comBooties:  AMI Clubwear

Can I just tell you how excited I was to find a dress in a print for fall and for less than $15?!  It is super, super comfortable and not form-fitting so, perfect for less-than-perfect abdominal areas!  It has a variety of colors you could match it with, so also quite versatile that way.

Now, the booties.  I’d searched for a pair of fringe booties for a while, but had not come across any that met my price threshold.  These were the right color for fall, but also the right price.  They are also super comfy!!  I sized up about a half size as I tend to do with most boots, so I would say buy as you would other boots.

The belt is SUPER old, but I linked a similar one above.  The bag, I bought for $5 from the Bass Outlet at my local outlet mall, though a similar bag is also linked above.

Faux Leather for the Office

The weather has FINALLY seemed to cool down a bit!  The cooler temps have thus begun to inspire some of my daily #ootds – today’s included.  I’m a big fan of faux-leather for the fall/winter, but also for the office.  Some may disagree, but paired with some typical office staples, it can work quite well!

I got a lot of questions about this skirt, so I figured I would put together a quick post with all the details. 🙂

Everything I am wearing is more than a year old, so I had to come up with some alternatives.  I do think I was able find some very similar items though! Check out the following items and see what you think.
